These Terms of Service govern your use of shop-tokens.com and any purchase you make from it. In these terms, "tokens", "we", "us" and "our" mean TOKENS, and "you" means you, the customer. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. WHO CAN ORDER

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this store. Our products are not for use by anyone under 18.

2. OUR PRODUCTS ARE DIETARY SUPPLEMENTS

tokens products are dietary supplements, not medicines.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here replaces a conversation with your doctor or pharmacist.

Not for use by anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing.
Consult a doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
tokens Sleep: do not drive or operate machinery after taking.
tokens Energy contains caffeine: do not exceed 1 strip per day.
Keep out of reach of children.

Always read the label before use and follow the directions on the pack. Stop using the product and seek advice if you have an adverse reaction.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We work hard to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, doses and images. Packaging and formulation can change, so the label on the product you receive is the authoritative source. If anything on the site is wrong, we reserve the right to correct it.

4. ORDERS AND PRICING

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax unless stated. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, including after you receive an order confirmation, if the product is out of stock, if there was a pricing or description error, if the order looks fraudulent, or if it breaches these terms. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

We may limit quantities per person, per household or per order.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically until you cancel, and the terms in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy apply and form part of these terms.

7. SHIPPING AND RISK

Shipping terms, rates and timings are in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Any timings we give are estimates, not guarantees.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our 30-day guarantee and the full refund terms are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, to resell our products without our written permission, or to submit false information.

10. REVIEWS AND ANYTHING YOU POST

If you send us a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business.

We publish reviews as they come in, including critical ones. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, or that contains personal information or medical claims we cannot support.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The tokens name, logo, packaging, site design, text, images and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

12. THIRD PARTY LINKS

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.

This does not exclude any warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the site, or any product, is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

15. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site or the products.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in California will have jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

18. CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. We will update the date at the top when we change them.

19. GENERAL

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between us.
